What the catalogue does not do
An entry gets an application installed and running. It does not make that application part of the platform — the person using it still signs in a second time, and the application still keeps its own accounts. That second set of accounts is the thing worth removing, and it is what Skiff is for: single sign-on at the edge, roles the application defines itself, platform email, a health contract, and a managed database.
Some entries need a database, marked on the card above. AppCrane can provision and wire that database for you when it installs the app, so it is a fact about the app rather than work you have to do.
This page is a snapshot. The catalogue itself lives in the AppCrane repository and moves faster than this page does. What you install always comes from your own AppCrane instance — treat this list as the shape of the catalogue, not as a live index of it. A platform admin can switch the catalogue off entirely in Settings.
